Having raised six children, we had lots of Fisher-Price toys in the house over the years. Some of those favorites have been around for a lot longer than my children. Imagine my delight when I was at PetSmart yesterday and found that Fisher-Price has come out with a line of dog toys that look just like some of the classic children's ones! They also have some toys that are new, but these three were my very favorite as I can remember my children having these same ones!
Stormie was pretty impressed with them also!
They are soft rubber chew toys, probably not best for the dog who really chews up their toys. The 'Xylo-bone' is super cute; the little dog face on the phone just makes you smile; and the stacker rocks from side to side, just like the real toy. The toys are peanut butter scented to make them more attractive to the dogs. I bought the smaller ones, as they are better for my little dogs, but Fisher-Price also has a bunch of them in larger sizes, including the radio - remember, you wind up the button on the front and it plays music?
The girls, who are very particular about their toys, really enjoyed playing with them.
Do you think Nintendo can be far behind??? Doggie video games for your pup to play while lounging on the couch all day???
We will just have to wait and see.
